Unlike other real estate agents, I have a team of more than 170 agents that will assist me in getting your home sold. I will take the time to understand your wants, needs and expectations. I will return your calls and emails as quickly as possible, and be honest with you at all times. I will advise you on pricing and assist you with staging your home. Furthermore, I will coordinate the home showing process and Property Caravans. Lastly, I will present all offers in person and advise you on the terms and contingencies. Communication with you will be on a daily basis, or as often as you require. Expertise
Because I am a Southern California Native, I really know the various neighborhoods of Southern California. I have grown up in the South Bay area, attended schools and other institutions of higher learning in Los Angeles, Bel Air, and Santa Barbara. I have lived and worked in Los Angeles, Culver City, Santa Monica, Palms, Venice, Westwood, Tarzana, Encino, San Pedro, San Diego, San Ysidro, and Palos Verdes. The cities that I have spent my leisure time in are too numerous to count. Therefore, I can honestly say that I know Southern California, and would feel comfortable helping you find your new home.
